A flexitáriánus, vegetáriánus és vegán étrendek összehasonlító elemzése

Abstract
Háttérinformáció: Az egészség megőrzésének egyik legfontosabb eleme az egészséges táplálkozás. Egyes étrendek, mint a flexitáriánus, vegetáriánus és vegán táplálkozási trendek társíthatók az egészséges életmóddal, melynek köszönhetően napjainkban egyre népszerűbbé váltak. Cél: Kéziratunk megírásának célja az, hogy áttekintést adjon a flexitáriánus, vegetáriánus és vegán étrendek jellemzőiről, a kritikai elemzésnek alávetett és összehasonlított szakirodalmak segítségével. Módszerek: A cikk anyagához a Google Scholar, Medline, PubMed és Science Direct adatbázisokban elektronikus keresést végeztünk. A kéziratunk összefoglalja a flexitáriánus, vegetáriánus és vegán étrendekről gyűjtött cikkek információit, továbbá keresi a táplálkozási irányzatok összefüggéseit is. Eredmények: A vegán (100%-ban növényi alapú étrend), vegetáriánus (növényi eredetű termékekben gazdag étrend) és flexitáriánus (növényi alapú, de a minőségi állati eredetű termék (pl.: hús) fogyasztást előnyben részesítő étrend) táplálkozási irányzatok kerültek az eredmények középpontjába. Következtetés: A flexitáriánus, vegetáriánus és vegán étrendek a táplálkozási ajánlások betartásával hozzájárulnak az egészséges életmódhoz és a fenntartható mezőgazdasághoz. A diéták közös alapja a természeti értékek megbecsülése és az egészség megőrzése.
